Patient was put on the Wrong Plan: Refund and Plan Change

To correct a patient who was put on the wrong plan, submit a support ticket and the team will adjust it for you.

  1. Select the Support tab at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Select the Submit a Support Ticket button.
  3. Include the member’s name, the correct plan, and the dollar difference.

The team will update the member to the correct plan and charge or refund the patient accordingly.
