Patient was put on the Wrong Plan: Refund and Plan Change
To correct a patient who was put on the wrong plan, submit a support ticket and the team will adjust it for you.
- Select the Support tab at the top of your dashboard.
- Select the Submit a Support Ticket button.
- Include the member’s name, the correct plan, and the dollar difference.
The team will update the member to the correct plan and charge or refund the patient accordingly.
