Reviewing a Member's Notification Emails
An active member receives several notifications depending on their account status. You can review each one from their profile.
Notifications a member receives
Section titled “Notifications a member receives”- Payment Coming Alert email: Notifies the member of an upcoming payment.
- Payment Successful email (transaction receipt): Provides a receipt and confirms the payment was processed.
- Membership Renewed email: Notifies the member that their membership was successfully renewed.
These emails may vary based on the transaction and membership status.
How to review a member’s notification emails
Section titled “How to review a member’s notification emails”- Access the member’s profile. Navigate to the profile page of the member you want to review.
- Review communication history. Scroll to the bottom of their profile to view Notifications.
- View the email preview. Locate and click the orange View Email link. This opens a preview so you can see the content of the emails the member received.
Reviewing the communication history on a member’s profile lets you keep track of the notifications and alerts sent regarding payments and membership renewals. For the schedule of when these reminders go out, see Renewal Reminders and Email Notifications.
