Family Bundling

This guide shows you how to use Family Bundling in your dashboard to combine multiple memberships into a single family file.

  1. Access Family Bundling. From the main dashboard, click the Members tab and look for a section titled Families or All Families.
  2. Understand how it works. Family Bundling combines multiple existing memberships within the platform. You bundle existing family members and set their relationships as in a normal family setup.
  3. Create a family file. If you already have members, create a family file and add them to it. For example, creating the “Corby” family.
  4. Add family members. Start typing a name; existing member IDs appear for selection. Assign the relationship to the new member and click Add Member. You can view all family members, their ages, and relationships in one column.
  5. Manage family members. The primary member is listed as the head of the household. Open each member’s profile for editing, membership management, transactions, and notifications.
  6. Switch between members. Switch between family members from the top of the screen. Each member’s information, including membership duration, is displayed distinctly.
  7. Update the family. Update members as needed (for example, removing someone who is moving out), then click Update Family to apply the changes.
