How to Print or Download a Transaction Receipt on Your Dashboard
Need a copy of a transaction receipt for a patient? Whether you need it for your records or to give to the patient, your Smile Advantage dashboard makes it simple to print or download any transaction receipt, whether it is a credit card, cash, or adjustment.
Option 1: From the Member Profile
Section titled “Option 1: From the Member Profile”- Navigate to the Members section and search for the patient.
- Click on the member’s name to open their profile.
- Find the transaction you would like a receipt for and click Show Details on the right-hand side.
Option 2: From the Transactions Tab
Section titled “Option 2: From the Transactions Tab”- Click on the Transactions tab at the top of your dashboard.
- Locate the specific transaction you need.
- Click Show Details on the right-hand side.
Printing or Saving the Receipt
Section titled “Printing or Saving the Receipt”- In the transaction details window, click the Print Receipt button.
- Choose whether to print it directly or save it as a PDF.
- The receipt will include:
- Patient’s name and information
- Office details
- Transaction ID
- Payment details
Once saved, you can easily email it to the patient or keep it on file for your records.
