Setting up your PMS correctly to work in tandem with the Smile Advantage platform is key to making sure your patient members are tracked correctly.

One major advantage of running your own in-house membership program is the freedom to customize it to your specific tracking preferences. Since no two dental practices are the same, the way you design and manage your membership plan may differ from another office. We provide a straightforward way to set up your membership program in your Practice Management System (PMS).

This is very similar to creating a carrier fee schedule and employer the way you do every day for insurance claims. The difference is that you are paid in full at the time of service, so there is no need to track aged claims, perform timely verification, process claims, or play guessing games with the rules, exclusions, and attachments that carriers change every year. Your membership was created by your office, so it is very straightforward.
