Review Transactions and Refund Payments

Managing transactions effectively is important for your practice. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you review transactions and refund payments in your dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the top of your dashboard and click on the Transactions tab.
  2. Review the status of your recent payments. You can identify whether they have been successful, are still pending, or have failed.

To focus on transactions from a specific period, choose the Select Date Range option at the top.

  1. Locate the transaction you want to refund by clicking on the patient’s name.
  2. Identify the payment in question and click on the Show Details button.
  3. Initiate the refund by clicking on the Cancel Transaction button.
  4. To confirm, click the red button. Your transaction will be refunded. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
