Getting Started
Navigating the Dashboard
This guide covers the basics of the navigation menu and where to find what you need when managing your members.
Main Navigation
Section titled “Main Navigation”- Interactive text elements appear in the practice’s primary color (typically red or orange).
- Clickable elements are highlighted on hover.
- The Dashboard button returns you to the main dashboard from any location.
Member Management
Section titled “Member Management”Access member lists through the Members tab. Filter options help you sort quickly:
- All members
- Expired memberships
- Auto-pay / recurring payment status
Transaction Monitoring
Section titled “Transaction Monitoring”Access all financial transactions through the Transactions tab. The calendar picker lets you filter by:
- Today’s transactions
- Yesterday’s transactions
- Month-to-date
- Custom date ranges
Transaction summaries display at the bottom, including totals and refunds.
Marketing Resources
Section titled “Marketing Resources”The Marketing tab provides access to the marketing library, with custom materials available on request and flyer and graphic customization options.
Support
Section titled “Support”Open the Support menu to submit a support ticket. A ticket can include:
- Practice name (auto-populated)
- Issue description
- Patient or member name
- Screenshots (when possible)
- Urgency level
- Contact information
Member Details
Section titled “Member Details”The detailed member view is your central hub for managing individual patient memberships from a single location. From here you can:
- View current membership status and plan details
- Track payment history and upcoming payment schedules
- Monitor auto-pay settings and recurring payment information
- Access membership renewal dates and expiration information
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”- Update member contact information
- Modify payment methods
- Process renewals
- Handle membership changes
Transaction History
Section titled “Transaction History”- See all financial transactions associated with the member
- View payment dates and amounts
- Track successful and failed payment attempts
- Monitor refunds or adjustments
