Review Your Office Settings
This guide walks through verifying your office’s settings so your membership plans run smoothly and patient communications go out correctly.
Accessing Settings
Section titled “Accessing Settings”To update your practice settings, locate your username or practice name in the top right corner of the dashboard. Click the dropdown menu and select Settings (the first option).
Key Information to Verify
Section titled “Key Information to Verify”- Email address. Make sure the listed email is your main practice email. It is used for all membership-related communications with patients (for example,
info@dentaloffice.com). - Phone number. Verify your main practice phone number is correct. This should be your primary office contact number.
- Membership program name. Confirm the program name matches what you use in your office. It appears in all patient communications and dashboard elements. Common examples: Savings Plan, Healthcare Plan, Smile Membership.
- Location settings. Verify your practice’s state is listed correctly. This setting affects communication time zones.
- Practice logo. Look for your practice logo in the settings. If it is missing, click the image button to upload one.
Saving Changes
Section titled “Saving Changes”After verifying all information, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Office to save your changes.
