Renewal Reminders and Email Notifications

You can monitor the emails sent to patients through the Smile Advantage dashboard. Here is how.

  1. Navigate to Notifications. Log in to your Smile Advantage dashboard and head to the Notifications section on the member’s dashboard.
  2. Access email logs. You will find a comprehensive log of emails sent to patients about their membership renewals. This log provides transparency and lets you track communication easily.

To make sure patients are prepared for upcoming renewals or expirations, Smile Advantage sends a structured email schedule:

  • 14 days before renewal or expiration: An email goes out two weeks ahead of the membership renewal or expiration date. This early reminder gives patients time to review their membership status and take any necessary action.
  • Day of renewal or expiration: On the day itself, patients receive a confirmation email. This serves as a final reminder and keeps patients informed about the status of their membership.

This systematic schedule helps streamline the renewal process, minimize disruptions, and keep communication clear with your patients.
