Great news! Your practice is now fully migrated and live on Smile Advantage Payments. Your team’s day-to-day will feel familiar, but your payments foundation is now upgraded behind the scenes, which means better reliability, smoother renewals, and faster innovation going forward.
What’s staying the same
Section titled “What’s staying the same”- Same Smile Advantage dashboard (now improved)
- Same processing rates you had with Rectangle Health
- Same direct deposits to your bank
- All membership and patient data carried over (no re-entry required)
- Your core workflows remain the same, with upgrades now available depending on your setup
What’s new for everyone

- SMS (text message) communications - send reminders and messages right from Smile Advantage. See SMS Functionality.
- Improved card collection - better tools to recover expired or failed cards with less manual chasing. See Card Collection and Renewal Automation.
- Self-healing automated renewals - smarter recovery and continuity when cards fail or expire.
- Online payment requests (coming soon) - request and collect payments more easily.
- Fully adjustable memberships - make changes without breaking billing logic.
If you’re on Smile Advantage PRO (PMS)
Section titled “If you’re on Smile Advantage PRO (PMS)”If your practice upgraded to PRO, you now have access to an even more powerful workflow with PMS-connected tools:

If you’re not on PRO (or your PMS isn’t compatible)
Section titled “If you’re not on PRO (or your PMS isn’t compatible)”No worries, you are still fully migrated and live on Smile Advantage Payments, and you will continue using Smile Advantage normally with the upgraded payments foundation and the “What’s new for everyone” features above.
Some PRO tools require a compatible PMS integration. If your PMS is not eligible, or you chose not to upgrade, your dashboard will continue to operate with the best available feature set for your configuration.
