Smile Advantage Dashboard Access: Quick Guide

This guide helps you get logged in and access your dashboard, an essential part of onboarding. Make sure you are logged in and have access before participating in online training sessions.

  1. Access your proofs page. After viewing the onboarding video, go to the left menu on your proofs page. This menu contains tools to assist you during onboarding.
  2. Set up your username email. Your office email address appears in the green box on the left side of your proofs page. This serves as your main username for the dashboard. It starts as your master email, and you can add other users with their own emails later.
  3. Create or reset your password. Click the Create and Reset your Password button. This redirects you to a Forgot Password page.
  4. Email a password reset. Enter your office email address (the one shown earlier) into the box, then click Email Password Reset Link to send a reset link to that email.
  5. Set up your new password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password. This will be your primary password for the dashboard.
