Staying on top of your schedule is easier than ever with the Today’s Appointments panel. This feature gives you a real-time look at your appointments, including membership status, so you can identify opportunities and engage patients with confidence.

Accessing the Today’s Appointments panel

1. Open the panel. From your main navigation menu, click on Today’s Appointments.
2. Review the day. The panel opens with the current day’s schedule loaded automatically.

This feature requires PMS integration to be configured for your office.

What you’ll see

Inside the panel, you will find:

• Real-time appointments: Organized around the current time (5 before and 5 after).
• Membership status indicators: Easily see if a patient is an active member, expired, or has no insurance.
• Opportunities at a glance: Quickly identify patients who may benefit from joining your membership plan.

Navigating appointments

• Use the time indicator to see where you are in the day.
• Scroll through past and upcoming appointments for context.
• Membership details display right next to each patient, making it easy to act on opportunities.

Using the panel to enroll patients

When you spot a patient who is not yet a member:

1. Select the appointment. Click the patient’s appointment in the panel.
2. Pull their data. Use the One-Click Enrollment option to pull their data from your PMS.
3. Finish signup. Complete their membership signup directly from the panel.
