Clerri vs Smile Advantage

Clerri offers custom pricing. Smile Advantage publishes its pricing upfront, with unlimited members and no per-member software fees. Compare the features, costs, and tools available to your practice.

One published price, or a quote you have to ask for

Smile Advantage publishes its pricing: $279/month for Core or $398/month for Pro, billed annually. Both include unlimited members with no per-member software fees. Clerri offers custom pricing, so you will need a quote to compare your total costs.

Clerri pricing information reflects what is published on clerri.com as of September 9, 2026. Clerri does not publish subscription or per-member rates. Confirm your own figures against your current agreement.

Estimated impact

Want to see how per-member pricing could affect your costs?

Using an illustrative range of $2.50 to $3.50 per member, per month:

Members Example monthly cost
100 $250 to $350
300 $750 to $1,050
500 $1,250 to $1,750

These examples show per-member charges only, with no base platform fee. They are not verified Clerri rates.

With Smile Advantage, your Core or Pro software subscription stays the same as your membership grows.

Worth knowing

Clerri's own pricing guide describes per-member fees as a growth penalty, and notes that only a third of major membership platforms publish transparent pricing at all. We agree with both points. That is why ours is on this page.

Moving your members over

Switching platforms does not have to mean starting over. Our team helps you move your membership program to Smile Advantage.

  1. 01

    Prepare your member list.

Send us your members, plans, and pricing, and our team handles the bulk import. We can also refresh missing information for connected Pro offices.

  2. 02

    Members re-vault their cards.

Card data cannot transfer between platforms for security reasons. Anyone's platform, not just ours. We send your members a secure link to re-enter their card, framed as a practice upgrade, and we sequence it so it doubles as a renewal touch rather than an extra ask.

  3. 03

    We coordinate the cutover.

Our team works with you to time the cutover so recurring charges stop on the old platform and start on ours. We build the schedule carefully, and recommend your team verify billing in the first cycle after you go live.

  4. 04

    Your plan design stays yours.

Same fees, same covered services, same discounts, unless you want to change them. Most practices use the switch as a chance to fix the one or two things that never worked right.

Timing

The cleanest time to move is right before a renewal batch, so the card re-vault and the renewal notice go out as one message instead of two. Tell us your renewal cycle and we will build the schedule around it.

When Smile Advantage is the better fit

You want to know the price before the demo.

Ours is on this page. Core $279, Pro $398, billed annually, at any member count.

Your membership program is growing and you do not want to be penalized for it.

Flat pricing means a good enrollment month costs you nothing extra.

You want memberships and payments in one platform.

Advantage Pro bundles PMS integration, payment requests, and payment plans with your membership software, so your front office is not moving between systems.

You want a real person who knows your practice.

Every Smile Advantage client gets a dedicated account manager, including on Core. We are built by dentists who run these plans in their own offices, and we are small enough that your account is not a ticket number.
