Smile Advantage is upgrading the payment processing backend from Rectangle Health to our own integrated system “Smile Advantage Processing“. Your current dashboard experience stays the same, and your processing rates, bank funding, and timelines remain unchanged—often slightly faster. All patient data will carry over, and our automations will help re-collect any expired credit cards. This shift eliminates Rectangle-related issues, improves reliability, and gives us greater control to enhance your experience going forward.
Action required: complete a new, pre-filled processing application to finalize the transition. It’s a quick process that typically takes about 10 minutes to submit, with approvals ranging from minutes to a day. There’s no cost increase for this migration, and it unlocks access to new features and “big surprises” rolling out after the New Year.
