I know you’re probably asking yourself, “What does that mean for me, my office, and my patients?” We will be sending you more information in the coming weeks, but we wanted to send you some key bullet points to get you excited and provide assurance that your membership will greatly benefit from this upgrade!
What's changing?
- Dental Membership Direct will be branded as Smile Advantage.
- You are getting upgraded to Smile Advantage’s powerful membership software to help manage existing membership patients and make it even easier for you to grow your membership.
- Expanded technical & training support. Smile Advantage has a team of support experts ready to help you and your office during the upgrade process and beyond!
Added Bonus!
- As part of our commitment to you, we've also negotiated a 30% discount on Smile Advantage's "PRO" plan which offers deep PMS integration, advanced automation for renewals, SMS messaging and even more modern payment tools like text-to-pay and more.
What's NOT changing?
- Your current fee. We have negotiated a 30% discount with Smile Advantage for all our clients to take advantage of several upgraded features while retaining your existing rate of $199/mo. (no fee per patient)
- Your membership plans will stay exactly as they are. Your plans, your plan fees, and your membership benefits.
- Your patient’s membership payment schedule or payment frequency. Smile Advantage will be syncing up all your membership renewals and patient data to stay exactly as they are now.
- Membership fee payouts will have very similar payout time. (2-day payouts)
- Dr. Phelps’ commitment to work with you on demand to help you grow your membership plan program.
We're Not Going Anywhere!
Dr. Phelps and Dr. Byrnes are both staying involved with Smile Advantage in advisory and coaching roles so you will still have access to them for membership growth advice or other coaching-related needs. With this merger, you will also have the addition of Smile Advantage’s support team for day-to-day technical support with technology and membership management.
