Failed or Missing Payments Support Update
Smile Advantage support release Feb 15, 2022.
Related Issue: “Member payment failed” or “Expired Payment” alert.
Root Problem:
Member data was inaccurately entered into the membership database via Rectangle Virtual Terminal
Affected Clients:
Offices that entered patients through Rectangle Virtual Terminal prior to using the Smile Advantage Dashboard.
If you experience any of the following issues, please follow the steps outlined in the support video below.
- Transaction history is not showing any data
- Inactive Membership label shown
- Failed Payment label shown
