Sync missing Pt. data to the profile from PMS

In this video, I walk you through an important feature for syncing patient or membership records with your Practice Management Software (PMS). When you’re linking or relinking a patient, don’t forget to check the box that says “Update Member’s Profile by Syncing the Selected Patient.” This pulls key info like date of birth and address directly from your PMS, making sure the profile in Smile Advantage stays accurate. It’s especially useful if you’re switching from another system or importing incomplete data. I’ll show you how to verify and sync the right information so your records stay clean and consistent.
